Sorry your meds are not agreeing with you, maybe when you get used to it will ease up, but maybe call your doctor and let them know also. Hope it stops soon. Morning sickness...ahhh I remember it well, unfortunately. I had morning sickness several times a day, everyday, including the day I went into labor. I would do it again in a heartbeat, I loved being pregnant!!! How is Melody, have you heard anymore about her? How are the fires doing? Haven't heard much since you all have gotten some rain. You'd better tell your doctor. That's not a good way to lose weight...but looking at the bright side never hurts either.
Hope you can get an adjustment.

As pixi said, you may want to tell your doctor. Losing weight is a good thing but not that way.

I am guessing this is a weekly injection to lower your A1C levels. I have had to do that twice in my life and I lost weight, but did not have the nausea. I'm with pixipixil and mamag. Talk to your doctor, my friend.

Hi all you lovely folks, already spoken to the doctor and he has prescribed some anti-nauseous pills, so hopefully that will do the trick. Apparently it takes about three weeks for one's body to become used to this injection, so only two to go as I have the second injection today.

So sad to hear of the three American firefighters whose plane crashed here in Australia and they all lost their lives. My heart goes out to their families, what a terrible loss and they gave their lives to help us here. So sad.

My doctor had me trying out several of those shots (at different times of course) and both meds made me nauseous to I couldn't use them. I figured they made you lose weight because you were too nauseous to eat!

Aussie thanks for recognizing the loose of our firefighters that were helping. Did any others pass in that accident? My thoughts are with their families. Hope the fires are about out and no other lives lost. Be safe my friend.

Trynfindit, Chip is doing really good. Next month he has to go for 2 heavy doses of antiworm medication. I am just concerned about how much internal damage he has.

Oh I'm so glad to hear Chip is doing well. Can the vet tell you how bad the infestation was and much damage the heart worms may have caused?

Hopefully, when I take him back they will be able to know more. He loves to play hard and he is such a joy to have, so I am hoping there is minimal damage to his heart and other internal organs. My little boy also has a great appetite which is good.

Hi darambo, no just the American firefighters. Fires are out of the news now and the latest alarm is for the coronavirus out of China. A couple of confirmed cases here but not deaths from it. \hugs.

Aussie good news about the fires not being in the news. Matt and I always sighed a sigh of relief when Ed was out on a fire and we stopped hearing about it on the news, usually meant they were doing the mop up and just taking care of hot spots. That can be dangerous also, they flare and must watch for trees falling and other snags. We also have cases of coronavirus, very scary, don't think there are any deaths here......yet.Big giant hugs to you my friend and be safe.

Mamag so happy to hear Chip is doing so well and that you are enjoying him, was so hoping you would. Don't know what I would do without my dogs, they are such great company. Winston had a visit from his brother Augustus yesterday and they played so hard my Winston slept for an hour after he left. They were so cute together. Not very much progress getting my 2 Corgis to be friends yet. Amber will get a few feet away and start growling and snarling, Sophie won't get close. Wonder how long we will have to keep a gate across the doorway to keep them separated? Hope Chip does not have much internal damage. When will the vet be able to tell how he is? The appetite is great, that is very good. I would think that should be an indicator of his health.Winston needs his 3rd puppy shot and to be wormed. Is having Chip helping you? Darambo, Chip has been a wonderful dog. I am so sick right now. I was laying down and Chip jumped on my bed and just cuddled up next to me. He is the best dog ever. He knows something is not right as I have not played with him all day. He goes back to the vet on the 3rd and 4th next month for 2 heavy doses of treatment. Your corgies sound like they are a handful. Chip has been very good around other animals including my sister's 1 cat and my daughter's cat. My sister's other cat thinks he rules the roost. They are so sweet though. You have a good night and we will talk soon.

Darambo, your corgi Amber is definitely having a problem accepting Sophie into the "pack." Amber is showing serious signs that she thinks she is the pack leader. Have you checked on Cesar Millan's web site for possible solutions? Cesar Millan is a genius when it comes to dogs and their behaviours.

Mamag I'm so sorry you are sick. Is it the flu? Is there someone there with you to help you if
needed? Dogs seem to have a second sense when you are not well...they just know it, and they will cuddle with you, he just knows Momma is sick and he is trying to make you feel better. The corgi's are a handful and a half, they are spoiled 12 year olds and don't want to play with the new kid, but what are you going to do, they are part of the family. Take care of yourself, hope you feel better real soon and as always be safe.

I don't know if it is the flu or just a cold. I have my middle sister Diane who bought me some medicine, chicken soup, fruit juice, bananas, and comfort food (twinkies and 2 small pecan pies). She knows what big sister likes. The coughing is what gets to me.

If that is the problem you might need an xray. Walking pneumonia seems like a bad cough. It isn't like regular pneumonia where you can't breathe in deeply. (I had that kind as a kid and know what it's like.) But the walking kind can still kill you. If the cough doesn't improve in a day or two better call the doctor.

Trynfindit what I wrote was a little confusing, my corgi's get along great with each other. They are sisters, same litter. It's our new puppy, a basset hound that the corgi's are not getting along with. Things are slowly, but improving slightly. Be safe

Mamag I can't believe you ate the pie without us lol!! Hope you are feeling better. I just had a twinkie with my coffee....a new limited edition flavor creme filling, strawberry flavor. Tasted pretty good. Usually don't eat them, but it just sounded good and it was! Would truly be nice if we could all get together at a central location to meet and have coffee and pie. I also love banana twinkies. I did manage to do my full shift today of 8 hours and then 8 hours again tomorrow. What is nice is I will then be off for 4 days!! WHOOOWHOOO. Time to get homework caught up if nothing else goes wrong.

Those days off are wonderful...I remember. I love, I mean really love, being retired!
