I have Celiac. I make a delicious gluten-free red velvet cake (or cupcake), and also a vegan one. Of course I cannot eat the vegan one, but I've been told it's delicious.
I love frosting that is the BEST part. As for the cake in the words of Marie Antoinette "Let them eat cake! " I would feed the birds with that cake after licking the frosting.
Chocolate cake with peanut butter icing. Can't say I've ever heard of peanut butter icing. Sounds like an interesting combination. Reece's has certainly capitalized on it.

My birthday is tomorrow and I am going to Pennsylvania to see my oldest son, his wife, and my two grandchildren. I nave not seen them in a year. I am traveling from Virginia so it will be an 8 hour ride. I cannot wait!! My son's birthday is Saturday so we will get to spend our birthday''s together. He does not know nor do the kids. Only told my daughter-in-law as this will be a surprise for them. What a wonderful birthday I am going to have. Will be back on Sunday so I will not talk to ya'll til Monday. Have a safe, blessed, healthy and wonderful week-end. And a BIG!!! Happy Birthday to all the January birthdays!!!!! ( HUGS)
