Yummy I love my veggies.....except eggplant witch I totally hate and will never buy, along with liver uhg!!!!!! You will never find either one in my house. You all stay safe and well.
My hubs and I love liver & onions with gravy. Liver is definitely not a taset everyone likes though. When cooking liver it should not be cooked but for about 2 to 2 1/2 minutes on each side so it doesn't turn out looking like the sole of a worn shoe. It's good served with mashed potatoes.

Trynfindit, I fix my liver smothered in thinly-sliced onions & apples and of course, with bacon. People rave about it, but frankly, I can't stand the feel, look or taste of liver. My mother once said that if she had to eat liver, it would be chicken liver. We asked her why and she said, "Because it's little! "

The way you prepare liver sounds wonderful aknan. If neither you or your mom liked liver where did you learn to cook it?

In Germany. When I lived on the economy, not in military housing, my landlady fixed hers this way. It almost tasted good to me! My second husband liked liver, so I would fix it for him and his folks.
Late doing this because Spectrum--TV, internet and telephone was down for about 4 hours. Don't know what went wrong, but they were working at the end of our subdivision. All kinds of trouble on our main road into our subdivision. Also had a triangle on my security system. Finally all is back up and working.
Looks like lots of good veggies. Went to store while nothing was working. Publix was cleaning everything. Did a wipe-down of each cart before they gave you one.
