Little tired, and took me longer again. I'm loosing my touch to work faster!

One autumn day my first grade class and I made a list of all the ways apples could be used. I don't remember how many items we had, but it was a lot. Sauce, dumplings, snack, pie, pan-dowdy, cider, coffee cake, and on and on. I left the list hanging up and we went over it each day. In a matter of days almost every one of the children could read the whole list! Another way to teach reading!
Just made baked granny smith's with apple pie spice and cinnamon brown sugar. Oh my the deliciousness of them all. On oatmeal and raisins. Stop me please, I do get carried away. Yum
