The two lips are fish with black strips. But you are right in that they look like lips with laughter to boot. Fun colorful puzzle with very vibrant colors.
All I can say is that it is an interesting puzzle. After I finished this and wrote, Iooked down at the comments and I had already done the puzzle and commented.
There looks like, to me, two pairs of big yellow lips in the upper right area of this photo. I can't seem to make out if they are fish or two big laughing clams! Can anyone tell me what I'm looking at?
It's two fish. The smaller one is on the far right. The larger one is turned somewhat so you really can't see his mouth.

Oh NOW I see it! Thank you so much! My mind kept making the black stripe into a fold -- and I couldn't imagine what kind of fish folded, ha! if we could use emojis I would put the slapping your forehead one for sure : )
