My teddy bear sits on my computer desk, but it didn't help me at all with my back. Not even sympathy! Had to go to Centra Care. Got 2 prescriptions for my back. It's better today, but not yet back to normal.
Even the most powerful storms eventually pass.---wish this "back storm" of mine would pass more quickly! Try to have a wonderful day.

Elijah13, my hubby has an awful time with his back from MS, degenerative disc disease and 4 spinal fusions and he's had a LOT of relief from massage. Not the 'massage parlor' nonsense but real, hones-to-goodness medical therapeutic massage.

Today I feel a little unsteady so taking it easy. Back hurts only occasionly but I don't like that either. I just take one little step at a time.
