I have never eaten a fresh fig like the one shown above. Do love Fig Newton cookies. Umm good!

It's a beautiful day here in northeastern Iowa. Almost went outside to rake...almost. Then I got to thinking its only March, there's plenty of time for raking. My tulips are coming up! Oh, no..I know there will probably be more snow. An old Indian saying says the first time you see a Robin he will walk in snow 3 more times. Hope not! Hope all my puzzle friends are having a good day. Take care..

Live in Alabama, grew up with Figs.Canning and Fig preserves also had a many Fig fights with friends and cousins growing up.Love the memories.Thanks C-4 and God Bless!

Fun puzzle. I've always loved fig newten cookies but I don't think they make them anymore. Does anyone see them in your local markets?
