We are getting the same thing here as well here in SW Virginia. I see people going up and down my road, but driving by myself is going to be a bit scary. God, how I miss my husband!! He was not afraid to drive in any weather condition until he became very ill.

This is a beautiful and creative arrangement. Enjoyed doing this puzzle. Kept me busy this morning.
Snow...I have not seen snow since 2011, up in Chicago. I don't miss it at all. I used to live in Connecticut from age 2 to 41. I've seen and shoveled my share of snow to last me a lifetime. The last year we were there, there were 11 snow storms, and we had a 150 foot drive way, no plow or snowblower. I dreaded seeing snow fall. But I have to say, Conn. is beautiful from Sept. through Christmas. I do miss the fall foliage. :) Have a great day.

We had our 3 inches yesterday and now it is 10 degrees out and feels like -3 and it is only November. This winter is going to be a doozey!! Stay warm and if it is dangerous, don't go out! If it is nasty out, I call and cancel anything I can and just hunker down. I am the world's biggest chicken when it come to winter driving.

Oh yes, it is getting cold. Doubled up my blanket last night. Burrrrrrr! I bet you are getting some very cold rain or snow today. The rest of the country is looking very bone chilling cold and snowy. Stay warm and safe. :)

You too, Tomandray. We're due for nasty weather tomorrow. My husband has a doctor's app't so I'm hoping by the time he leaves things will clear off the roads at least.
Parson Wayne has been in touch and sent me a heap of his puns to share with you as I mentioned one of the ladies on here was missing them. So will start to share there from tomorrow.
It will be nice to read his quips once again. I do enjoy reading all the comments but very seldom add one of my own. Thank you for getting in touch with him.

I will Aknan - hope you are doing OK. My aircon spat the dummy and I have had a window one for a long time, gone through three of them in the 18years I have lived here, so have now ordered a super duper split system, reverse cycle. Cost an arm and a leg with installation, but what the heck lol. Hugs.

Hope it keeps you cool this summer, aussie! That makes it worth the price. Am doing fine, but feel Christmas details looming ominously near and it's not even Thanksgiving here yet! Still no snow, but rain yesterday and last night left the roads fairly icy. Should be fine by afternoon when I go visit my nursing home ladies.

Oh, super Aussie! I have often thought of Parson Wayne since he left the site. When I do the Daily Jumble, he comes to mind, as I know he enjoys that game and the puns.
This is a nice puzzle that makes me a little hungry. I find myself wanting to eat a nice red delicious apple. Happy Birthday, elijah13. I hope you had a nice birthday.
