She must have had an extra room and had those put up to stay while she was young. I had an extra room for just my playroom but we were just farm people and didn't think of something so fancy. I did the 164 Circle so it took awhile. Those twinkly lights were tricky. I went to one school from kindergarten to freshman so I had sleep overs but just one person at a time. My folks had to get up early but we weren't sleepy so we would talk and get the giggles and always get in trouble. What great memories. Moved away and lost track of most but two. Facebook time with one. Need to call the other one Going though pictures not long ago and found her and I. Need to see if she wants some.
What a wonderful glimpse into your childhood. Thanks for sharing! I loved sleepovers. I occasionally had slumber parties, but now that I think about it, no one else did...or at least no one ever invited me to one. I did have one on one sleepover with my best friend all the time...
Can't ever remember having sleep-overs. However have done many other "fun" things that other kids never had the chance to do, so am very blessed with what I have done so far!
