I wonder if it is inhabited? it would be a nice place to have a holiday home nice and peaceful especially if you could go inland among the trees.

I think it's a sailboat with a red sail.

I think it is Trynfindit I looked at it through a magnifying glass and it shows a shadow of a lighthouse straight up an down.
