I think this is such a pretty picture. I can't help but wonder if the doe is pregnant. She looks rather large in the tummy area.

There is nothing like seeing a deer in the wild. Me and my husband have been privileged to see many! We live near or right at the base of the Nation Jefferson Forest in S.W. Virginia and deer are everywhere. Thanks for sharing Crazy4Jigsaw Staff.

They have such sweet little faces, not unlike the face of a kangaroo. Hope they are not as vicious as them :(

Short and sweet tonight - still no internet, using my husband's and he needs it back :(

God bless all of you - Hugs

Good luck. I can appreciate what a nuisance sharing a computer can be. My husband didn't want his own and would come into my bedroom and ensconce himself for hours so I not only couldn't use it--I couldn't get to my clothes. He has his own now. :-)

Deer are not viscious unless it rutting season, defending the young. We have lots in the park at Richmond (Surrey not Yorkshire) and you have to remember that they are a wild animal and treat them as such.

I've seen some gorgeous pictures of Richmond Park. What a beautiful area. Was it once a hunting park for royalty?

Hi Heather - yes I was in a place once where the kangaroos were loose on the grounds and one was just standing there, so I went over to pat it. I had my handbag looped over my arm and he grabbed it first and when I got that loose and started to move away, he grabbed my sweater. Pretty scary stuff. So I steer well clear of them now.

So Aussie is it fixed yet? I lost mine for most of the day today. Goodness, I hope this isn't catching--like a virus. (lol) Unfortunately when mine goes so does my husband's. We have the same network. Finally got it back tonight.

Aussie, you are right, their faces do look like a kanga's face. I was at a wildlife rescue place and she had some kangaroos. One loved red licorice and was friendly. She also had some deer, and the fawn would follow you everywhere but the yearling bucks were quite rowdy and had to be locked in a fence. This was near the end of summer so maybe it was rutting season?

Hi Pixi - not yet, this is the FOURTH day and it is only affecting 390 people and I happen to be in the lucky ones :( Not good calling to find out what is happening as this Aussie company now has their call centre outside of Australia where those answering my calls are very difficult to understand. With unemployment so high, don't know why on earth they have gone overseas to people where English is not their mother language.

This could be my back yard. Three just ran out of the yard when I took the dog out! They are beautiful but oh so destructive!

When we lived in the Catskills we would visit a little restaurant on a mountain side run by a couple who had a permit to nurse orphaned wild animals. That year the man was raising three doe. He'd whistle and they would come from the woods for a bottle of milk. They became so used to people they were not afraid and began going into town and raiding all the gardens.

Hello folks am doing this puzzle late in the day...have been preparing for a concert next week. Time flies when you sing and play an instrument. Hope you all are keeping warm, as we are having snow and it is staying on the ground. Very cold outside...you can see your breath. Yep that COLD. Lovely deer...maybe it is looking for it's cousin the flying deer.
