Darambo --- No, I'm not Irish --- I'm half Scottish and half German. My husband was half English and half Irish. But I do love corned beef and cabbage on St. Patrick's Day. Due to a busy day today, I'm having it tomorrow! Also I love Irish Soda Bread. May try to make it sometime, but I've had good luck with the super market variety. Happy Day to you!

Elijah, you could cut the corned beef in half and freeze one half of it, and pick a small head of cabbage (if there is such a thing). :)

Jamp my other half is Scottish and German and I'm just as proud of both of them also. Spent a year in Frankfurt, Germany and I learned so much and had so much fun. Would love to see Scotland and Ireland, but don't travel much anymore. Lost my wonder lust, just happy to be at my home now. Be safe all.
