I looked out my back door yesterday and my Buddha had fallen off his platform. It was so shocking to see that. Of course, I went out and put him back upright quickly. I love zen gardens.
Me, too. Your Buddha is more fortunate than mine, though. Last year I had to move him (he's heavy! ). I dropped him, and his head came off. I plastered it back on, but you can still dee the join. As a fully enlightened being, however, he was unperturbed.

I was surprised that my Buddha was light enough for me to pick him up. He is made of resin, I'm sure. But you're right, he was not perturbed at all. Would it be tacky to put a scarf around his neck?
