Every time I see this puzzle, it just delights me. It seems to make me feel better about life in general.

P.S. I need your prayers for faith and trust. I have an appointment with an orthopedist on Thursday for a shoulder I've been having trouble with for a very long time. He gave me a cortisone injection in December and it gave relief for about six weeks. Now he is going to have to look deeper into what might be the cause of the problem and what can be done about it. My fear is that, once again, I will be told he can't find the source of the problem and therefor can't do anything about it. On Friday I make my yearly trip to San Francisco to see the neurosurgeon and find out if my tumor (acustic neuroma) has grown. If it has not, I'll just do it again next year. If it has grown, I will have to have it removed and, yes, it is brain surgery! I need the faith and courage to believe what I really do know in my head - God knows and He is in control. He wants only what's best for me and I am safe in His arms no matter what happens. Thank you for being there for me.

Thank you, Justine, I posted very late and don't think anyone else saw it either. I do appreciate your prayers and I know God hears whether there are two or two thousand. God bless you.

Nlb - I wish you only good news and a speedy recovery for your shoulder.

Thank you, Justine and Jazz. The shoulder seems to have improved already after an injection in another part of the rotator cuff. Hope it lasts longer than the other one did. The news about the tumor was good also. No growth means no surgery now. We'll check it again in a year. I know I'll stress out again then but I have no reason the believe the results will be any different. Thank you for your good thoughts and prayers.

Prayed for you today that the tumor will have shrunk and the Orthopod will have insight into the shoulder to bring it to strength and health.

Thank you Robert, after so long I was not expecting more prayers. The arm has pretty much returned to what it was before I went to the ortho Dr. the tumor did not shrink but at least it did not grow either. Next year we will test to see how much it is effecting my hearing as well as for growth. The tinnitus gets quite loud and distracting at times

Sorry to hear about your varmits. One time I planted six little plants. The squirrels uprooted all six, looking for bulbs. I replanted them and they uprooted four. They finally gave up. This year, for the first time in about 10 years I have signs that the deer have been eating my rhododendron leaves. One of our neighbors has let several acres go fallow so now we have deer, turkeys and fox, as well as the ever present ground hogs. They made me laugh when I saw droppings under my persimmon tree. The fruit are as big as a large cherry. I pick them because I enjoy them. When there were only about 6 fruits on the tallest branches, which I could not reach they were still standing there at night, waiting for them to drop. I now have Hyacinths and daffodils as well as lilies of the snow. The pear tree is blooming and my weeping cherry is about to open. I love when the flowers start to bloom. We had lots of wind last night and the pear blossoms might be gone already.

Where are you living PurplePandora? Here in Michigan we don't have anything blooming yet. It shouldn't be too much longer though.

Thanks Pandora for sharing about your garden/varmints. That's winderful about the persimmon/ground hogs. I used to have a persimmon. Something must have climbed up for the fruit one year and split the tree in half.

I'm originally from the Buckeye state and should take offense to your comment (which I thought was very funny), BUT, you are right!
