I'd like to add a smile to each of these faces. They should be having fun!

These animals are described as clay....what??? I thought they were plastic. Looks are deceiving.

So I played "I spy" and saw an animal with a white swirl on its head and thought it funny that it was the only one with a hook on top. Liked the pigs best of all!

I put off doing this for awhile --- but it was fun!

Boy that was tough, even with my favourite cut. Found myself putting together shapes and ignoring the bright fragments of colour.

That used to happen to me when I did the C4J cut so I switched to hex to force myself to deal only with the puzzle picture.

Yup. I focused on the shapes too.

The puzzle shapes for part of the puzzle spell Crazy for Jigsaws.

I couldn't have done this puzzle without the shapes, though, and since I use puzzles as brain training I'm glad I could finish it somehow.

Thanks for the reply about the CA J. question. Arlene

IdI do, too, Orinoco, but for my plein air painting. If you do any complicated landscapes you have to have a good memory for where each abstract shape goes and relates to other abstract shapes. Although I might be painting a rocky stream, each rock has an abstract shape and coloring of its own and must be placed correctly. I sometimes "get lost" in the shapes so doing puzzles that force one to rememberthe shapes in the photo not the shapes of the pieces is a help.
