Watch out, lemonade rather than lemon infused water is full of sugar.

Plain old water is fine w/me. I try to get 6 glasses per day. Not hard to do have to take 3 glasses taking pills during the day; so one 16oz of bottled water during the day & 1 glass after I brush my teeth in the morning.

It has less than 1g of sugar. It's called "Crystal Light Pure Lemonade". There are 4 2qt packages. I got it in my grocery store--Publix. I did have to ask where to find it. It tastes pretty good.

Sounds good, but no Publix here; Walmart has about run any other groceries here. Now they are
cutting things that are sugar free or low sugar, & also getting rid of lots of the national named items.

You could try to get it on line. I seldom go to Walmart. Use my local stores instead.
