Missing days is pretty common beginning in the 60's. I think it is Saturday a lot but do I ever think it's Monday more than once a week, no. Monday is associated with work. Thanksgiving is usually on Thursday? You were ahead of everybody else and could relax on that day eating left overs. Nice to cook a dinner for yourself. I usually order out if alone. It's not a bad idea to try and eat at a restaurant because of your interaction with others is stimulating.
I made my mother's stuffing, I've got the green bean casserole together and ready to bake. The turkey is thawed, but not quite ready for the oven yet. That will happen tomorrow. Just a simple Thanksgiving meal just for me.
Ah, cinnamon is my all time favorite spice......it reminds me of a warm cozy home. Have an easy day for preparing the food for tomorrow. We have 7 coming for dinner and it is going to be grand!! Blessings to everyone!!
