Fun puzzle to do. Fun to drive by such displays.
For me --- white lights in the window!

DH asked me if it was "worth" putting up his beloved Christmas decorations. I said yes of course! This year more than ever! We have to focus on Why not How this year. I finally got to talk to my GP (by phone) and she says that given the symptoms and long term effects I had, I most probably had Covid in late December of last year. I still have tired-out days. Today is one.

Orinoco ---- Could it have been pneumonia last December? From what I understand the symptoms are similar --- and when I had pneumonia it was a long time before I had any pep at all.

It was the sound of pouring soda in my chest every time I took a breath that convinced her. I just thought it was a bad flu.

Did it again! My favorite part of this is the three-tier Christmas tree with white lights --- and maybe some gold.

Beautiful outside Christmas decorations. Someone went all out when putting those up.

So pretty but way to much for our place. There is a TV show that they compete decorating their house and property. It just started last week. It's on every season around this time. They take you all around and see how they did things. It's called "The Great Christmas Light Fight" on abc. They go to several houses all over the US each show. Here it is on Wednesday night if you're interested.

Nice decorations and I think our yard would come in second for Christmas lights!! My husband is a fanatic for Christmas decorations outside and I do the inside! Have a most lovely day and may it be filled beyond comprehension with blessings!

My husband doesn't do anything at all. The entire celebration was on my shoulders except going to Mass and there, for years, I sang and led the choir. I don't know how I had the energy. I tried doing outdoor lights for years...even went on the roof to hang them. Then we had an electrician put in outdoor outlets...they had circuit breakers so every time it snowed or rained the lights went out. I had to climb through bushes to get to the fuse to reset it and finally gave up on the outdoor stuff. I love all kinds of lights. I make up for not doing outdoors with lots all around the house.

Well, I think that inside is the best because I am not going out in the cold to decorate the house. Winter weather and me do not mix. But kudos to you for doing the decorations outside! I know it looks beautiful, but at some point the body says, "You're going to do WHAT?!?!?!? "

Unfortunately my body doesn't warn me ahead of time. It does it and then takes revenge.

In Alaska, if you don't have your outdoor Christmas lights hung up by mid-October, you'll be wading through 2 or more feet of snow to hang them!

Blue lights are my favorites. My neighbor thought we were Jewish because my outdoor lights were blue. I don't do outdoors any more. Too hard. I'm grateful many folks don't find it too hard because I love seeing them.
Wishing you lots of Christmas spirit today.
