I love the composition of this photo with the rough wood table, ecru colored doily and trident (Big Bang Theory reference). The color of the souffles bring out the warmth of the table and doily. Fun puzzle too.

Yes, lol. Sheldon only considered the utensil a fork if it had four prongs. Three prongs made it a trident.

Looks good, as long as it's not too loaded with saturated fat nor cholesterol nor sodium

My first attempt at circles. May be a long time before I try it again!

God bless you all and may your life never fall flat.

Never mind the souffles, when I was growing up, my sweet grandma had crocheted doilies on every table and shelf and crocheted antimacassars on all of the furniture and sometimes an afghan here and there! She taught me to crochet and knit. I enjoy doing both. I should get back to work on something, huh?

I've never had a souffle, but would love to try either a cheese one or a chocolate one - not at the same time.

There were some stories a month or so ago about a Japanese company coming up with slices of chocolate, it looks like a slice of American cheese, except it's (supposedly) chocolate. Japan really hasn't been known for chocolate.
