If this is the future of hotels/motels, I think I will stay home! Have a fantastic day and keep your thoughts as positive as you can. All of this will pass, and we will be stronger for it. My daughter's partner has to be tested today for the coronavirus since she, and my daughter, are "essential workes" and was exposed to it. Please, please, let her test be negative. Blessings to everyone.

Prayers for both of their tests to be negative. My hubby had a covid test today for his surgery tomorrow. He's grown another bone spur against his spine. Prayers for a successful surgery would be so appreciated. Hugs.

Thank you, aknan and trynfindit! And prayers will continue for your husband and especially for his surgery.

We thank you for your prayers dear nborchardt. His surgery went fine. It was done orthoscopically - a disc had ruptured and the 'gel' from the disc was pressing on the nerve bundle in his spine. He's home napping now which he regularly does after a surgery (this one today makes 14 surgeries).

Well, if after each one he feels better after the healing, it is worth it for his comfort. I am glad his surgery went well, and he is in my prayers.

Thanks for the update, trynfindit. Let him sleep and heal. I hope this is the type of surgery my Dearly Beloved will have - his condition is almost exactly like your hubby's was.

A friend of mine stayed in one of these once. Some of them even have tiny TVs. It might feel cosy for the first half hour but then I'd probably start to feel trapped.
Going out for the first short walk in 10 weeks today. Wish me luck.

Best of luck and blessings orinoco for both your walk and your well-being.

Breathe deeply, Orinoco, and you'll be just fine. Just one step at a time.

Even if I could get in one of those I'd be afraid I'd never be able to get out!

A bit like getting an MRI. I'd feel like I was in an incubator. I hope that isn't in our future. Couldn't enjoy this puzzle. Did the other daily which is really pretty...primroses.
Hope you all can keep your options open until what you want comes along.
