My mother had one in her back yard in St. Petersburg, Fl. Very tart. However she made jam using them. Very good tasting made with lots of sugar!

This one took me longer than most. I think these are some type of citrus - small orange - Cuties?? The leaves look like citrus leaves. I had a kumquat trre in our backyard when I was a kid and the fruit didn't look like these.

These look more like calamandarin/calamondin (hybrid kumquat and tangerine) than kumquat (which is ovoid). Very common in Philippines where is called calamansi...

That was very hard work. I got a tree like that in my garden and I just picked one to eat. Delicious!!!!!!!!!!
I also have a lemon tree. This is the season of citrus fruit.

kumquats are more oblong; these look more like tangerines

I think it's fun, but look more at the shape of the piece not the picture on the piece.
