My dad once took me to a circus where "Misha" a trained brown bear from the USSR (Russia) rode a motor scooter and juggled a flaming baton device. This bear was trained as a cub. She/he? was just wonderful.

What a beautiful creature. Not all bears are meant to be snuggled up to!

Since many of us fight constant pain, I wanted to share something I saw on facebook. 1/4 tsp turmeric CAN help. I mixed it with a tablespoon of peanut butter to cover the taste and found that if I catch the pain before it becomes unbearable it works for me. I tried sprinkling it on a portion of a meal and it did not work at all but with a little peanut butter (on a cracker, if you prefer) it did. Might work for you too, if you want to give it a try.

God bless you all.

My Dr told me to try it for pain of inflammation, i.e. arthritis. I just read that one needs oil with it so it will be absorbed, and pepper helps as well. Peanut butter makes real sense because of the oil! I'm going to try it that way.

Thanks for the tip! Perhaps it will work for the pain in my left hip. I will need it replaced, but not for a few months.
