Enjoyed the jigsaw, but not the veg, this one veg, I not keen on..love
cabbage but only small portions.

Love this vegetable steamed or raw and thinly cut in salads. It is easy to steam with carrot medallions and or cauliflower when placed in the bucket that fits into our rice cooker. This also flavors the rice below the vegetables. The stems can be quartered lengthwise and sliced into small pieces to steam for an easy and tasty addition to canned or frozen cream of chicken soup. Cooked chicken can add to the lusciousness of the dish.

I love broccoli!

Rich in minerals, but hard to digest for some folks. A cruciferous vegetable, like mustard, cabbage, kale, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, radish, turnip, Bok choy, water and garden cress, arugula, and a host of similar vegetables among the international cuisine.

Yum! Broccoli & Cheese....Broccoli Salad...Broccoli in Butter Sauce....love Broccoli in our garden salad!!!!!

Never tried it raw, but it certainly is good cooked.
