One time we were scuba diving and the leader told us to save our orange slices. He told us to go sit at the bottom of the ocean and hold out the orange slices. We did and these angelfish came up and ate the rest of the fruit on the slices right out our hands.

May it be a short infection, aussie. Poor man - sick and away from home. My prayers for his recovery! You're the best medicine he could have.

It's awful to be sick like that and away from home and family. But there may be a blessing here in that it probably won't get passed on to our dear Aussie.

Thank you so much all you lovely prayer warriors. He is due home tomorrow night, has to drive from the airport and the car he bought just recently after the accident has been recalled with brake problems, so will not rest easy until he gets here. God bless all of you. Hugs.

Thank you pixi, I appreciate all of you. He has slept most of the day and when he starts to cough, it is almost like a whooping cough, but while he slept, he didn't cough. Thank you so much. Hugs.

Maybe you shoulc get him a chest x-ray. He could be developing bronchitis or even walking pneumonia. When my son died he thought he had a cold but he had both bronchitis and pneumonia which is probably why the methadone killed him. Neither his roommate not the grandmother of his child --both saw him lying on the floor, did a thing for him nor did they think to call us. He had let his medicaid lapse and might have been afraid to go to a doctor.

Would you like to swing on a star....Or would you rather be a fish? My eye docotr has a salt water tank and used to have this kind. Every time I go they have different ones so they mustn't live long.
Wishing you all a long, happy life.

Maybe your eye doctor trades them from one salt water tank to another.

Maybe he has a company switch the fish out. There are businesses that set up and maintain salt water tanks; they may put different fish in to keep the interest fresh.

Or, maybe the fish died. :\

I remember that song. The kids this day and age wouldn't like it at all and it was a popular song then. Do you remember "three little fishies in a little, little brook" and" Mairsy oats and does eat oats"? Now it's that loud, loud rock stuff. yuk!!

Salt water tanks are really hard to maintain. If the salt content is not just right, I have found the fish die. You have to test the water almost every day. Maybe the Dr. didn't get his checked enough.

Remember them all. I'm with you about the loud rock. The worst was heavy metal and that was a long time ago. My deceased son's favorite song was all noise and shouting.
Songwriters have no sense of humor today either.
Rememder Beep, Beep, and the Streak and Purple People Eater?

Pix and jingles you're singing my songs. We did the Swinging on a star song in our chorus for our last concert. The audience loved it but not too many kids (no I don't mean the adult children there were lots of those.)
