Love this puzzle! I have always had a liking for bees....you can tell I have never been stung by one! Have a beautiful spring day that you can enjoy all day. And may blessings make the day even more beautiful!!

Bees are so important to the environment. If you aren't allergic to bee stings they really aren't that bad. My uncle raised bees and since we always went barefoot in the summer, we got stung a few times.

Saw a good hint the other day - fill a shallow container with marbles and water and the bees can have a drink withtout drowning. Hugs.

Thanks for the info, aussie! We have 3-4 species of bees that populate our yard and this might help to get more here! As lilbc77 says they are so important for the environment.

I love sunflowers and I'm okay with bees. One stung me last summer for no reason. I wasn't near a hive but I was bopping to a Billy Joel piece while I watered my flower beds. Guess the little guy didn't like my bopping. I was surprised what a punch a honey bee sting renders. I have gotten spider bites and it felt the same. Yellowjacket stings are nothing by comparison.

I just realized that doesn't really look like a sunflower center. It's more like a gazania.

We've already had quite a number of bees around the outside of our living room window this year - lovely to see how many are still around so early in the season.

Hoping we can increase their population!
