Very neat looking bird. Sure hope it eats the African killer bees, as they are supposedly mating with our honey and bumble bees. Please don't mess with our honey.

Very pretty bird. I would love to have it flit around my home on a regular basis.

Good night everyone. It has been a long and busy day that followed after a long and busy day. Long and busy but filled with love and joy. I'm tired. Beddy-bye.

Sweet little bird with lovely muted colours.

If I remember it correctly after all these years, one of her suggestions to make your husband think you'd been working really hard and take you out to dinner was to iron one shirt, drape another over the ironing board, touch furniture polish behind your ears and sprawl, looking exhausted, on the sofa as he came in the door....funny lady. Miss her.

Pretty colors. Getting ready to turn my computer off soon. We are supposed to get Hurricane Matthew around 2 am tomorrow morning. It has been rainy off and on all day. Have everything secure as I can make it. Just will be hopping for the best. Its a catagory 4 storm. Out last ones in 2004 were catagory 2 so this is much worse! Probably won't be on computer until we get power back--which I know we will lose.

I'm sure all the C4J friends who read your message will be praying for your safety and that the worst of the storm will not cause damage to your locale. I know it isn't a popular topic with some folks, but we seem to be seeing stronger and stronger storms and changing storm patterns with droughts in the West and flooding through the Mid-West and in the South and East. Climate change seems very real to me, and even though we've had evidence of changes in the past, it hasn't been this severe. Perhaps our poorly-chosen contributions to the planet's environment exacerbate these very phenomena? Now we're seeing swarms of earthquakes in the Southern California Salton Sea area which may portend the "Big One" on the San Andreas fault. Mother Earth seems to be sending us a message but we haven't been paying much attention to the code she's using. [sigh]
