I saw the dinner plate ones at a Thai restaurant and didn't like such giant flowers. I like the smaller kind. The Golden Gate Park in San Francisco has a whole garden devoted to different kinds. It was gorgeoous.

Very pretty colors. Nice to see some color other than white, gray, and black. Has been snowy, icy, and cold for days again and it is making me depressed. I moved my computer next to a large window in the living room, when we moved the living room furniture around, will see if the increased sunlight will help. I fixed a comfortable area for myself right next to it where I can read, watch tv or sleep. I just started sleeping out here. I wake up so very early after only about 3 hours of sleep. It's a very rare day that I'm not up and having coffee by 2am. My hubby usually sleeps through my lack of sleep....although if a certain someone on here posts a quote or something else that strikes me as funny I can and do get quite loud LOL!!!!! He has been a great sport about it, but I really have been taking advantage of him so I decided for his sake to make sure he gets more rest and if this is what it takes so be it. After 45 years I seriously doubt it will have much effect on us, I won't let it. How is everyone on the east coast, USA doing? Understand you are having a real bad storm. Hope you will all stay safe, dry and warm. Actually hope everyone is safe, warm, or cool depending where you are. Peace be with you all and take care.
