Good morning Hockeyfan and Toadalove, Yes, I did have a good rest before they came for dinner. We had a really nice visit. They are special people. They are animal rescue people, love animals. They had one rescue cat, just passed away and they have 8 Goldens, rescued and unadoptable. These dogs would have been put down at the high kill shelter if not for the "golden" heart neighbors. My Maine Coon loves them. When they come over, she wants her head and back scratched. She doesn't do that with anyone else. They took care of her several times. They've been wonderful neighbors for almost 10 years. I miss them already. :(
