It was very nice but these days I'm finding plane travel stressful eventhough everything went very smoothly. Also finding our way to each place makes me nervous when we have to be there on time. Both visits went really well.

I would love to go to Williamsburg. My sister and I were talking about when we were in an antique shop where we saw a book on old homes in Virginia.

Colonial Williamsburg is an absolute delight. We've been there 3 times and I went once with my family when I was a pre-teen. The restorations are incredible and the authenticity of the people, the shops, the taverns is unbelievable.
If you go do not miss going to Jamestown and Yorktown. We're planning another trip there for the fall of next year.

Oh excellent. All of the gardens will be in bloom. We went in late April one year and all of the gardens in the Colonial area were bursting with flowers and the cherry trees were loaded with blooms. The dogwood trees had huge flowers (well, much larger than the dogwood flowers here in n.e. Florida). We really love the drum and fife corps that march down Duke of Gloucester street several times a day. Be sure to eat at the King's Arms Tavern and Christiana Campbell's.

Trynfindit, I can just picture the beauty that Williamsburg has to offer. This is definitely going on my bucket list.
Raining all night and it is to rain all day & night and tomorrow. Temps are in the 40's.

Temps in the 80's here. At least 50% rain starting this afternoon sometime thru next Wednesday! Have a tube with medicine in it for Tabby. I put it on his inner ear twice a day. Doing fine with it so far.

Still raining here, snow in the W.N. of OK., up to 4". Have to heat running here now. Temps are in hi. 30's to 40's. Guess winter is coming.

Supposed to have a tree taken out today--hopefully before it rains. Rain is expected for about the next 5 or 6 days. 80's during the day and low 70's at night. I'm ready for some fall weather. Try to stay warm.
