Whoa what a fortress - don't think anyone could sneak up on you in this one....

"Home is where the heart is." Pliny the Elder

I often wondered who said this :)

"My home is in Heaven. I'm just traveling through this world." Billy Graham

WOW well said. God bless all of you. Hugs.

Home's the place that when you go there, they have to let you in.--Robert Frost.

I think home's a place where you feel welcome, and entitled to be there. It should be a safe haven from which you can gain strength to meet the challenges of life and a place of healing when you are defeated. So home is more a circle of loving, nurturing people than anything else.

Just like all of us on C4J - you probably won't find a more loving and nurturing group than we are.

So true Aknan. It is very humbling to know there are people out there who care for you without actually knowing you. Hugs.

That's very true of this group. It doesn't matter if you're on here everyday or just once in a while, everyone always seems to be supportive of each other. It's really refreshing to see that there are still nice people in the world.

I like this one: "Home is where you can scratch where it itches"!!

I love the way these puzzles work. Once you put in the last puzzle piece, all the lines disappear and it's gorgeous!!

I agree. The picture, once it has been "smoothed out", is so much clearer and even more beautiful than before.

What an interesting castle. When I look at it, I think monastery. Don't ask me why. Maybe because it looks austere and secluded to me. Whatever...(shoulder shrug) It is still interesting and I would like to have a look inside to see if it looks as austere. - In its hey-day I mean. I wouldn't think it would be flamboyantly decorated after all this time.

God bless you all with castles (homes) filled with the unfailing warmth of love.

I wasn't wrong about Aragon being in Spain. Apparently the queen of Naples adopted a noble of Aragon then changed her mind and adopted a French nobleman to inherit. It became a struggle that involved the Pope, but the castle, built in BC 476 was conquered by Rome then went back and forth between natives of Naples, the Spanish and the French and ended up being named for the Spaniard (hence Aragonese) eventhough it on an Italian Island..
