Yes, it is peach season. We'll be making our peach spaghetti sauce pretty soon. Don't say yuck until you try it. Yummy, juicy puzzle.

Just like tomato-based sauce, you substitute ripe peaches for them. with all the Italian spices. So yummy.

I just love apricots. I could eat that whole plate full of goodness. However I would have to do it in a couple of sittings.
