Took me ages to get back on line. Never realized just how much I enjoyed playing the jigsaw puzzles until just right now. Thank you for all the wonderful jigsaw puzzles you provide every day. Appreciate it!

I have never had, or even heard of apple pudding! Looks and sounds delicious. Does anyone have a recipe and if you do, would you mind sharing it with me? Thanks ahead of time for your help. Have a glorious, wonderful, lovely day! Blessings!!

Oh my Nborchardt! I have not thought of this Apple Pudding in a long time. An old Polish woman neighbor used to make it for her mother. I was a kid in the 60's. All I remember is she made it a lot like bread pudding, added sugar, cinnamon, plumped up raisins, day old bread, milk or cream and plenty of finely chopped apples. It was made the old fashion grandma way. She never measured anything. Just tossed it all together, let it stand so the milk/cream would be absorbed. Then pop in the pre-heated 350 deg. oven until it was done, maybe 40 mins. Must check after 30 min., depends on volume. She served it with vanilla ice cream. I watched her make it many times in many variations. It's what she had on hand. Sometimes she would use brown sugar or VT maple syrup. Add vanilla. Had berries in it with cream cheese. That one was yummy. :)) If she were alive, she would laugh that I remember this creation of hers. She would be about 120 y.o. Loved that lady, she was special. :) :) Hope this gives you some idea on what to do. It's nice sometimes to experiment with something new. :) Enjoy.

Thank you, so much tomandray! I think I can make it with these instructions. I'll just get out my bread pudding recipe for a vague guide.

I love picnics!! My husband and I would often go on a picnic and just spend the whole day together. I wish it was warmer here. I hate the cold. Good night and sweet dreams dear lady.

Never had apple pudding. I have had bread pudding but not this. Have a safe and blessed weekend. Still trying to get caught up with an assignment that was due on Monday. Finally trying to get the help I need with my mental state. Been in contact with Liberty University Shephard team and they are trying to get me into therapy.
