i buy the frozen and put it in the food blender
not as good as fresh out of the garden but it will do

I had never thought of pureeing corn before, but I like that idea. It probably makes it easier to digest too. Happy New Year, dbnc2.
I just learned last yr that you can put corn unshucked in freezer and then take it out. microwave it for 5 min for one ear and all the silkes come off when you remove shucks. wonderfully easy, and corn is done. just add butter
