I'm pretty sure one of my kids had one of these when they were toddlers. Just one of many toys that I had to struggle to maintain my sanity at times. Ah me, the wonders of being a Mom.

This is a toy glockenspiel, not a xylophone which would be made of wood. I am a music teacher who uses all these types of percussion instruments based on the ideals of Carl Orff's Music for Children.
Very easy puzzle to do in a variety of the harder puzzle cuts!

Loved this one!! Ah..memories. Looks like one my kids had back in the day. They used the mallets to bang on each other too. The little rascals..gotta love 'em, and I did!

I've seen those and could never figure out why they were made that way. There's nothing musical about "thud, thunk."
