My husband was raised in San Diego - when he moved to Salt Lake City, on certain days he could smell the salt in the air from the Great Salt Lake and almost get homesick.

Yeah - I live about 4 miles from the beach in Naples. I rarely go to the beach. We had an issue with red tide. A co-worker ended up in the ER one Sunday. He couldn't breath.

Hi, as anyone got news of aussie?
I'Ve just back from the dentist and trouble never rain if they can pour, it seems that my front bridge is breaking within the gum and my problem is that I have aqn over-bite which makes a denture impossible. Next stop is the Dental Hospital to see if there is another solution than implants.
God bless you all and remember to keep one other in prayers for healing esp. Aussie.

No news yet. Good luck with those teeth. I hope you can avoid implants. My husband got them and now he can't eat steak as the pressure of chewing now hurts his gums.

Since I have not been on here a while, what is going on with Aussie? I have been missing out a lot on our conversations. I miss you all so much. I cannot wait until school is over. 3 more weeks. I am sorry to hear you having trouble with your mouth. I hope the Dental Hospital will be able to get your teeth right. God bless you all and you are all in my prayers and thoughts every single day. I will check in tomorrow but will not be doing the puzzles as I do not have time right now. They are all in a folder waiting for my return. Love and miss each and everyone of you.

For heaven's sake, Barbaranne - it's time for the Man Upstairs to pick on someone else for a while! I think He's paid enough attention to you.

Prayers for you and for dear aussie.

We're all praying for Aussie, I am hoping no news is good news hopefully it means her Hubbie is engaged with taking care of her. Implants are great, but pricey can you get them on the NHS? Sometimes best to just get a nice new set of falsies, worked for my uncle, he was very happy with them.

I suspect she may have needed surgery and her husband is at the hospital waiting on her to come out of it. All the prayers are bound to help and when she comes back and sees all the love poured out for her it will help her heal quickly.

Hi Jud13,
I'm on the Gulfside of FL too, enjoy the beaches. Not far from the house, about 4-5 miles. :) I can smell the salty sea air from the house when the wind blows just right. :) Have a great day. :)
