That's a cool looking red fox. Animal puzzles are great to put together.

Again the dark background slowed me down but it was challenging and kept me busy for a few minutes. I love the challenges but my eyes don't! Thanks again for a beautiful animal picture. I can understand those who want fox fur because it is so beautiful but I can't understand how they can kill such a beautiful creature.

God bless you all today and every day. nlb

They are gorgeous. One of my fav scenes on the film clip that introduces Nature on PBS is the fox doing a jump.

Amnd those "ladies" in the early part of the 20th century who wore fox furs - with head, paws and tail still attached.....beyond bizarre - yuk!

Hah--Jiggler I actually have one of those from my aunt when she died. I never wore it but I could not bear to throw it out or give it away. I can't bring the poor fox back to life so one day it might make some nice trim for a jacket.

That is without the paws or head which is fixed with an alligator clamp as a jaw to hold it together when you wear it around your neck. I would just use the furry body...or just keep it as an oddity to ponder what fashion is all about.

I remember seeing the hunt near us in England and always felt so very sorry for the creatures ~ having all those baying dogs after them. Don't get foxes (nor wolves) over here in NZ.

Is that from Henny Penny of the sky is falling ilk?

Haha - it is pixipixil..I wonder what the meaning behind the story was - so many of them were written that have meanings about the Kings and religion etc.

Sounds like the king's advisors were not the right ones to guard the hen house.

I like doing them both but, yes, especially beautiful animals. nlb

I totally agree. Especially when most of the food puzzles are stuff I want but can't eat.

I don't find either that interesting. I like scenes and "things" like the collection of pottery or the clock face or stamps.

What a mixed bunch we are! And the C4J team keeps us all content with the variety they give us. Thanks team!

Animals puzzles are nice but so are some of the food ones, but my favorites are the colorful ones.

I have not seen a fox in the wild in 30years. Our problem is coyotes. They eat the neighbors small dogs and cats. In packs they will take on larger dogs and people walking their dogs.

Any dog pack is frightening and dangerous--especially coyotes. Be careful, Bigbird.
