I continually are thinking of you during these storms. Just stay as safe as you can. Good luck tomorrow with your crown. No fun! I'm going to see about car/home insurance tomorrow. Want to get it lowered, at least for the car. I have had my car 7 years in July and not quite 21, 000 miles. Only drive whe necessary.

Canceled dentist appt. for crown until June 6th
but did get my hair cut & fixed yesterday before the weather got bad. Up early this morning & went downstairs, lots of lightening and rain today!

Glad you are going to stay home. Went for car/house insurance yesterday. Got it with 2 different companies but saving $1, 300.55. Will start July 2nd when the other insurance ends. Have had a quirk in my back since yesterday afternoon. Have nad heating pad on it and it is better tonight. Don't know why--just appeared. I think of you when those storms come. Stay safe.

I really like this one too, Micki. Such minute detail! I used to be able to paint those little lines, but not any more! Now I'm just glad to get the toothpaste on the brush! lol

It would be wonderful to have a cuple of thees gentlemen on my windowbench! I do have housing for them - two tiny wooden cotteges from China, and they even have lighting in them so the Santas do'nt stumble and fall on their long robes! :-)
These are very neat items of ethnic origin. I have never seen this form of art. This is amazing, as the Triple Cities (Binghamton, NY area) where I grew up was populated by many people of Russian ancestry. The original emigrants from these areas came to work in the Endicott Johnson shoe factories.
