I stick to a strict (usually) regimen of candy after lunch. It usually suffices for my sweet tooth. Sometimes not and I eat a bit more. I love sweet & sour twizzlers with smarties. I take a bite of a twizzler and two smarties all at once. The sugary smarties keep the twizzler from sticking in my teeth. I do one twizzler and two smarty rolls. 120 cal.
