Beautiful colouring and related to our kookaburra. Get a bunch of them together and they sound like a lot of people laughing. Very infectious.

Love the quotes today, Aussie. All true!
We used to sing a song in school. Part of the chorus was "Laugh, kookaburra, laugh kookaburra, gay your life must be." Haven't thought about that in a long time. :)

Such beautiful birds! My Mum loved kingfishers. But their burrows are quite dirty and stinky!
