In the US this is known as a Ringed Neck dove. They are domesticated, . This one is the faun or natural color. I have several, including white. Mostly I raise them as we use them at a church pageant in December. Kids love to pet them.
I know how you feel elijah13. I had to go to the ER yesterday. I did something to my back muscles again.They did a CT and ruled out kidney problems. The spine looks good but the muscles were pulled. I am on muscle relaxers and pain killers. It just starts to spazz out. I hope you feel better soon.
Playing way late today. 3 hrs of sleep last night, and no, before you say it, I'm not a person who "only needs" that much. Fell asleep around midnight, woke up at just past 3 AM and I'm still here, what's left of me. That's twice in 4 nights. I don't drink coffee or tea, I do eat kiwis and take melatonin...and I still have insomnia. I read. A lot.
I have insominia as well - ugh! I was travelling from Fla to Cali and had a very early flight. Then for some weird reason I could get to sleep. I had to get at 4:00am because I had to be at the airport by 6:15. It takes about 45 min. to get to the airport. The city decided to build a new and bigger airport. When we picked up our new puppy I dealt with a really rude employee. Then one employee asked us how much we paid for our puppy. There was another family picking up a puppy. There was a young girl around 13 waiting with her mother. The girl looks at me and says oh the puppy won't like me - I told oh puppies love everyone and it will love you too.
I've been to St. Marks Square in Venice Italy. There so many pigeons in this square. If you accidently drop something they'll fly to get to the food. My cousin has a restaurant and bakery here. If your sitting outside eating - there are many sparrows inches away. Been in business for 46 years here. Everyone knows him.
