'T'would be easy to gain weight puzzling with C4J --- so many tempting snacks, treats, meals, produce. Too often it reminds me that a snack would hit the spot!

I would put a slice of that cheese and a little garlic (? in a white dish) into a toaster oven until melting occurs. Meanwhile, prepare a small salad of the vegetables and top with a touch of dressing. Who needs meat, anyway?

Yes, the deli meat is missing. So what meat is used in a ciabatta sandwich? No, I don't use Subway :)

Taffi, from those I've seen being made, you can choose any meat you like. Salamis are pretty common (this is an Italian sandwich), but they're too fatty for me
