Lovely pastel colours.

Took me a while to understand the Freeman quote. I have to agree with it. Anybody ever raise a teenager?

I also like that quote. And abacii, I understand your reference to teenagers! My first thought when I read the quote was of myself at that age, and then my own kids.

When I was a boy of 14, my father was so ignorant I could hardly stand to have the old man around. But when I got to be 21, I was astonished at how much the old man had learned in seven years.

Ah...childhood memories of writing on the sidewalk with chalk to make hopscotch squares. Later as a teen writing my boyfriend's name inside a heart on that same sidewalk. Good old chalk.

We still have the big sticks of pastel chalk that our grand children used. Our driveway and sidewalks were arts of work! They have all grown up now and the art works have washed way. So, we keep those chalks for guests' children and maybe great grandchildren some day!!

I remember drawing hop-scotch grids with chalks. I wonder how many hours we played that game, a lot to be sure!

That was a real challenge! First time on 192 tessellation. It only took me an hour longer than those who have posted their time. Just had too see if I could keep moving enough that I would not quit. I finished it!

God bless you all.
