As a fairly "newbie" to this site (only been at it for about a year now) I actually enjoy the banter and comments almost more than doing the actual puzzle. By the tone of most posts I gather most of you have been ribbing back and forth for many years. Such a great way to make new friends. Thanks to all for giving me my daily chuckle.

Sorry - C4J is Crazy 4 Jigsaws, this site. Click on the "jigsaws" tab and select "recent Comments" from the drop-down menu to see what's going on. Some of the threads that pop up have been going on for a very long time.

Glad you enjoy the comments, I try to at least check them each day. Noticed the flag icon & looked up to see where you are from...really great having so many people from all over the world to chat with...

Oh yay! Found them. You're right...reading comments from all over the world reminds me just how far technology has come. A short while back none of this was possible. Man truly is amazing. Very pleased to have discovered this site. Love puzzles (even tho I am fairly rubbish at them..:-( ) and really enjoy reading the banter between all you guys.

Shortshoughton, have you discovered the calendar yet? It took me over a year before I did! lol In the search box, located in the upper right corner, type in the word calendar. It takes you WAY back, so you can enjoy the older puzzles as well as the conversations.

I use the dropdown under Jigsaws everyday the second down from the top. Each day I do the two new ones & all the rest that I do are from the calendar. I also have a an Excel file that is set up so I can look up any month or year & find the ones I've done and what type & cut and my time.

I like your style! I'm an excel lover myself, and still use 4 spreadsheets often. The one most appreciated by others is one that lists all my meds, doses, doctors, Pharmacy, surgeries, diseases, etc. I never go to the hospital without an updated version. I use a second sheet for OTC meds, vitamins, etc. I can't tell you how many times I've heard "that's such a great idea! "

That is a great idea! I also have my books I've read since I started it & each year years, also I have son's monthly bookkeeping info. and also have some that I only use occasionally, I also have a blank of a monthly calendar & I can put the info (birthdays, anniversaries, appointments, etc.) for the month & print it out for hubby!

You have some great ideas, too! When I'm selling things on craigslist, I keep track of them that way, too. I keep my financials on one as well. I can just go down the sheet, and pay bills, or mark off ones that are autopay. When the sheet is finished, I put it in a manila envelope with my receipts and other important papers for the month. It's a real time saver, isn't it?

I wonder how they keep the castle so clean looking on the outside. Any ideas?

Wow what would it be like to live right up there, would be great for sight seeing.but I think I like to be more on the ground not hanging over. Great Picture and would be a wonderful puzzle to make up.

Enjoyed putting this one together, but I am afraid it looks quite dangerous to me, not my cup of tea living on the edge, one would be a wee bit crazy if they happen to sleep walk and lived in a place like this. thanks once again for these magnificent jigsaws.Santa.

Although it has been setting there for ages, And probably will till the end of time, It is not a place I would ever feel safe. Evidentially people thought the same about Peru. Italy and such. Earthquakes happen at the whim of nature

Who would want a home there. I would be afraid that the earth will move and therefore you would too and either die or be hurt badly. Someone has lots of money to waste on something like that!
