Any idea what time it is? I would have liked to have seen Prague when I was in Vienna years ago, but, technically, at that time, it was still behind the Iron Curtain during the last days of Communism. Supposedly, I could have sold my Levi's for close to $100 per pair there, but, in doing so, I could have been arrested or been ripped off because not knowing the exchange rate for dollars.

Not me, good old Walmart Riders are just fine with me, $20.00 is plenty to spend on jeans....

Or Salvation Army is even better-- not Goodwill, the price is more than Walmart.

According to my doctor, my diet is excellent, I exercise daily, but the diabetes makes it very hard to lose weight. Am looking forward to summer so I can get out and walk in fresh air again, not shopping malls!

My hometown of Sedalia, MO had a Levi's factory. There was a store about a block away from the factory and, if they didn't have your size, the shop's owner would go over to the factory and get a pair that was your size - no matter how small or large.

So far have stayed just under those magic number, but some days I feel like a rabbit...also use a tread mill & bike, both indoor one but no motors on them, also do aerobics, at the moment we are trying to get my blood pressure back to expectable levels & will also have my sugar levels checked again soon too, also have to watch cholesterol levels. All the good stuff seems to off limits.

I am pulling for you CatLady. The weight loss is quite an accomplishment. The other problems may be hereditary, and therefore difficult to control.

Oh my. Bronze for a bit. I love this puzzle. The timepiece is fascinating. I remember finding a small clock that had been thrown away in a ditch behind our house. I had great fun taking it apart and playing with the gears.
Wishing you a day where things come together in a timely fashion.

Pixi, my brother and I loved to take old clocks apart (this was the era of wind-up clocks) and then try to put them back together. There were always a few pieces left over, so I don't think we were very good repairmen. At least we were out of Mother's hair for a while.

You are really fast, pixi. I made the list only once in these several years :)

Thanks Coravee. I was given a gift membership so I now have the puzzle larger which helps. I like to avoid any other advantages on the free puzzle to keep it a fairer contest. On the premium puzzles I use whatever gimmick is available. Maybe even just the bigger size is an unfair advantage. I also do change the background color.

Aknan, I can't remember if I tried to reassemble the clock or not but I'm sure if I habeen a left I'd remember. I think I just liked seeing the parts and spinning the years like jax.
