I love mixed nuts, although I'm not the biggest fan of Brazil nuts. I remember growing up, it seemed like a lot of people would have a bowl of unshelled nuts - almonds, walnuts, Brazil nuts, and usually filberts or hazelnuts. There would be a nutcracker (not the Christmas ornament type) and a pick. I'd rather have the manufacturer take care of the shells and add some salt to the nuts, although, some are really tasty covered with milk or dark chocolate.
