General Questions

• What are puzzle points?
  Puzzle points are used to both track how many jigsaw puzzles our members have solved as well as reward our loyal users. Puzzle points can be redeemed for raffle tickets in our monthly contest. Some ways to earn puzzle points are:

• When do you add new jigsaws?
  We add a brand new jigsaw puzzle to the site every single day. The daily jigsaw puzzle is listed on the homepage under the "Daily Jigsaw Puzzle" heading.
• I have a really great idea for the site. Who can I send it to?
  We'd love to hear your ideas for the site! Please send any ideas, suggestions and comments to us by filling out this form. Note that all ideas for the site become property of the site.
• What if I still have more questions?
  If you still have additional questions please contact us.

Game Questions

• Why is another user’s score displayed before mine, even though we both have the same solve time?
  Although it may appear that you have the same solve time as another user, we calculate solve times to the millisecond. The user displayed before your name probably solved the puzzle a few milliseconds before you did.
• Why are some of the puzzle pieces missing?
  Sometimes pieces can become hidden behind larger pieces. Press the "shuffle" button to bring smaller pieces forward.
• Can I upload my own jigsaw puzzle photos?
  Yes, you can upload photos on the upload photos page. Puzzles may be emailed to friends as an e-card or shared on a website or blog. You must be a member to upload jigsaw puzzle photos.
• Why do the games tell me I need to install Flash?
  Our games require Adobe's Flash Player version 8 or higher in order to run. If you have Flash installed and still get this message, turn on JavaScript in your browser following these instructions.
• Why won't the jigsaw puzzles load or work properly?
  If you have have trouble getting the games to run properly, try clearing your browser's cache following these instructions. If the games will will not work, please contact us.

Account Questions

• How do I change my password?
  You can change your password on the account page.
• How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to email newsletters?
  All email newsletter settings can be changed under "email settings" on the account page.
• Can I change my email address?
  Your email address can be changed under "email settings" on the account page. Please note that you cannot change your email address to an address that is already registered to a confirmed account.
• What is a user icon?
  User icons are displayed by your username in the high score tables. User icons can show off your personality, interests, or hobbies. You can change your user icon by visiting the account page. Only Premium Members can choose a user icon.

Monthly Contest

• How do I enter the monthly contest?
  In order to enter the monthly contest, you must purchase raffle tickets with your puzzle points. Each ticket costs 150 puzzle points. You may purchase as many tickets as you can afford with your puzzle points. Tickets may be purchased on the Monthly Contest section on the account page.
• Where can I find the contest rules?
  Contest rules are located at http://www.crazy4jigsaws.com/rules/.

Premium Membership

• What is Premium Membership?
  Premium Membership is a subscription program that allows members to access special features such as full-screen jigsaw puzzles, more puzzle cuts, ability to save in-progress puzzles and customizable settings.
• Do Premium Members get more jigsaw puzzles?
  Yes, Premium Members have access to all of our Puzzle Packs at no additional cost.
• How much does Premium Membership cost?
  Premium Membership costs as low as $4.95 per month when you purchase a yearly plan.
• Can I pay by money order?
  Yes, click here to pay by money order. Note that we can only accept money orders in US dollars.
• What if I don't like Premium Membership?
  We offer a seven day money back guarantee for all first-time Premium Membership members.
• How do I save my jigsaw puzzle?
  After beginning a jigsaw puzzle, click the "Save Puzzle" button on the left side of the game.
• How do I retrieve saved jigsaw puzzles?
  Saved jigsaw puzzles can be retrieved on the saved puzzles section of the My Account page.
• Why do my saved puzzles get deleted after I solve them?
  All saved puzzles are removed after you solve them. This behavior is normal.
• How do I turn on/off rotated puzzle pieces?
  Puzzle piece rotation can be turned on or off by clicking the “Settings” button on the left hand side of the game. Please note that changing the jigsaw puzzle rotation setting while in the middle of a game will result in your score to be submitted as a non-rotated puzzle.
• How do I rotate jigsaw pieces?
  When the rotated pieces setting is on, jigsaw pieces may be rotated by holding the "shift" key while clicking on a puzzle piece. Each click will rotate the piece ninety degrees clockwise. Pieces may also be rotated by using your mouse's scroll wheel.
• How do I change my background?
  You may change your background color or pattern by clicking on the "Settings" button on the left-hand side of the game.
• How do I play in full-screen mode?
  You may play in full-screen mode by clicking the "Launch Fullscreen" button, located in the upper right-hand corner of the game before you select your puzzle cut.

Puzzle Packs

• What are Puzzle Packs?
  Puzzle Packs are a new feature that allows members to purchase additional exclusive jigsaw puzzles and special features. Each Puzzle Pack contains 50 brand-new jigsaw photos and features including full-screen mode, more puzzle cuts, and customizable settings.
• How much do Puzzle Packs cost?
  Each Puzzle Pack costs $14.95 and is available for the lifetime of your account. Premium Members may access all Puzzle Packs at no additional cost.
• What is the difference between Puzzle Packs and Premium Membership?
  Premium Membership is a subscription program that allows members to purchase additional features for all of the jigsaw puzzles on our site. Premium Members have access to all Puzzle Packs at no additional cost. Puzzle Packs only include the additional features (such as full-screen mode and more puzzle cuts) for the jigsaws in the Puzzle Pack that has been purchased. Each Puzzle Pack costs a one-time fee of $14.95, while Premium Membership is billed on a monthly, tri-monthly, or yearly basis.
• When will you release more Puzzle Packs?
  We release new Puzzle Packs every few months. If you have a suggestion for a Puzzle Pack, please let us know!
• Why can't I access my purchased Puzzle Packs?
  If you can't access the Puzzle Packs you have purchased, first login to the account that you purchased the Puzzle Packs from. If you still cannot access them, please contact us.
