Happy St Patrick's Day an hour late. I celebrated the day by getting my second Covid shot. They said I might some flu symptoms put wouldn't last a day or so. That is when you get the second shot. Had some things to do at home so late doing puzzles. Dreading to get in bed because I have to lean on the arm I got the shot and slide in on my transfer board. My arm is killing me. I'm in a wheelchair incase you didn't understand what I was talking about. Just pushing myself around hurts. My behind doesn't have wheels so no help there. Ha. I have to use my arms to move my body around. Paralyzed from the chest down from car accident when I was 40. I used to be strong but after 28 years I have gotten heavier and lazier. That's all Sam's fault because he has spoiled me. Then have to move back and forth to get undressed, etc. Think I'll stay up all night and do puzzles. Joking. Not looking forward to later today. Just checked weather. Tornado weather heading our way. We are right in the middle of it. Praying the winds go down before it gets to us. I'm just full of good things. Sorry. Having the covid shot will be worth it??? If I don't do puzzles it will because I will be in bed if I don't feel good. I'm pretty tough. Been through a lot and came out on top with Sam's help and God's for sure. Have a good day.
Beckydent, sounds like God is testing you a little too much! Do hope your day gets easier and your arm stops hurting. My shots only gave me a sore arm for a day, which was plenty! You are one strong woman! Hugs aplenty.

I'm fine. My arm was sore when I got in bed but not as bad as I thought. I get cold easily so I have extra light blankets by my bed. When I get cold it wakes me up. Being cold and chills are two different things I found out. They had mentioned chills but I forgot about it. I had been asleep about an hour and I when I woke up and felt strange. Then I realized I was shivering. If I opened my mouth I could hear my teeth chattering. I was having chills. I finally got all my covers and put them clear over my head. It didn't take long for me to warm up and I went to sleep. It was such a weird feeling. My arm was fine by morning. The tornado storms just missed us about 10 miles. As far as I know there weren't many tornado's close to us. This is just the beginning of that season. I don't think God was testing me. I just don't like tornados because if I am in bed I can't move fast enough. Living in a trailer there isn't much we can do anyway. I know God is protecting me. Thanks for thinking of me.

When you get my age also--84. Then I fell and had a fractured spine in November. Doing OK now but I still know it's there but I have learned to live with it and not have it bother me too much.
