Nannynoo, I think your right, I reckon I can see the reflection of posts with chain running between them like you see in car parks.

Its some kind of an art display. That is a duck or the head of a duck behind the can. On the right is a painting displayed. There are ropes to keep people out of display area..But on the right there is a window broken out and you can see the house across the street, and the place is rather dilapidated...
Equally intriguing is the reflection on the windows. Looks like a large house with a long wooden railing.

Yep. What do you suppose that orange thing is through the left window? Looks like a white globe of some type on top of it.

Nannynoonoo said it looks like a petrol pump and I think she's right, which makes me wonder if this is a business rather than private property. Quite the mystery.

I thought it looked like an old-timey gas pump too. Seems logical it would be a business.
