Also from Australia, and agree with Audrey, some of you may tend to forget, that America IS and has been for many years the bastion of the free world. and this white house is a symbol of that. god bless also

Ah, The Whitehouse. We have been following your upcoming election with interest. I do hope for my American friends that the man with America's best interests at heart will be your new president. Good luck with it all.

I second that sentiment. It's a position of enormous responsibility.

I third it, because it effects all nations.

I second that, and ask God's blessing on whoever win and also on our American cousins.

Yes, we have enormous problems, and I too hope and pray that the right man wins. Hopefully he will and he will continue to work for peace and harmony throughout the world. I am so happy to be a part of history in the making in the USA. Thanks C4J staff for this picture today.

Thank you so much! I am so trying to leave it in god's hands but sometimes that is hard too! Yes it does affect the entire world!

Barbaranne, may I ask where you're from? I'm from America.
I agree with santaclaus, whoever win will effect everyone, so I hope the right man for the job is picked.

Havilah, I live in Great Britain, in London, I do hope that something I have said has not offended you.

Sure hope all of the us citizens have taken advantage of our right to vote today. Not everyone has this right.

Barbaranne:
You didn't say anything offensive, you just said American cousins, so I wondered where you were from.

So glad election is almost over. Here in Iowa, we've had horrible, mean commercials for a year and a half. One tv station this morning telling how to get Canadian citizenship :)

Same here! I can't believe how nasty grown educated people can be. It's scary so I voted for those who had the better campaigning! We'll soon know!

Wow! It's not quite that bad here in MO, but, I certainly will be glad when today's votes are final. So, I'm off to do my civic duty; let's hope the right guy/gal wins. Be back, shortly.

I agree! It has been that way for who knows how long. I am frankly tired of the mud slinging. I think that it is so childish! Leaving it up God to see who gets the responsiblity. And pray for the one who does get it.

I agree, just think if the money that was spent on the campaign had been applied to the debt where we would be.

I have no idea what the ads were like here in DE. I don't watch T. V. I followed the politicians and read their websites. I also ignored any incoming political phone calls.

I am glad the election is about over, we need a leader who can really
lead for this time, and can handle the problems, and for God's
help
