I would love to tour the area and the building. It would be no place to live, though. Look at the water level, and imagine a good storm whipping up the water to flood the cellar and the grounds. Rising water levels have made lovely places like this more hazardous.
Looks like a convent or monastery with that cross and bell tower. What a beautiful place. Although being right on the lake might make it damp I think seeing the sunrise over the lake would mke up for most anything. I also love the gardens. Yep. I think this might be my dream house. I can see myself having breakfast in that windowed area overlooking the lake and garden.
